Tsar to King

By the grace of God, his Imperial Highness, Tsar of the Yuktobanian Peoples of the Crimea, Ukraine, and Caucasus, Imperator Vladimir Kirillovitch has ordered that the Yuktobanian government begin to attempt diplomatic relations with the highly respected Socialist Kingdom of Yugoslavia. The Yuktobanian government has dispatched Ambassador Ivan Tsvetkov to Yugoslavia, and sent due notification to the Yugoslavian government regarding his arrival.
