"Is has been difficult, gentlemen." Kallon stated, surveying the Cabinet. "And it will only get harder. If we announce our presence to the world, we lose any protetion anonymity may have given us. Therefore, I put this tot he final vote; do we announce our emergence and establishment?"

"All who vote in favour of revealing our establishment, please raise your hands." the Speaker intoned. A great many hands ascended - easily more thn half. "Those who vote against?" No hands. "And those who abstain?"

Two hands.

"Very well. Let the record show the motion to reveal our establishment to the world has passed."


To Whom It May Concern,

This telegram is to announce the creation of the North Pacific Federation in the British Columbia province of Canada.

The Federation would like to convery a number of messages to the other emerging and established nations of the world. Firstly, if our sovereignty is respected, we will return such respect; secondly, the Federation will at minimum consider any offers put forth with regards to trade and diplomacy; thirdly and finally, should you desire war upon us, we will offer no surrender nor shall we hesitate to retaliate.

I would like to ask for a meeting in your nations capital. The Commonwealth wishes to reestablish connections with the former Canadian territories.

We would be happy to recieve you in Vancouver. We had hoped to re-establish contact witht he United Kingdom - or perhaps, United Commonwealth.
