Today famed aviator Charles Augustus Lindbergh arrived in Britain.  When we approached him he informed us that he and his family were moving to Britain permanently.  He cited the fall of the American people and the hatred of those who had been originally against the war.  He said that he wanted to get out of the spotlight and as such has moved to Britain.  He was met at the airport by the Air Chief Marshal.  It is known that he is moving back to the Long Barn in Kent.  He claimed that his time there was some of the best he'd ever had and as such he wished to move back.  The citizens of the village welcomed him back with open arms.  It  appears as though one of the most famed aviators has found a new home.

The Lord Protector has named Eve Ryder the First Sea Lord. The new First Sea Lord has had an interesting career and is the first woman to recieve the post. Admiral Ryder received her commission during the war when the losses of several high ranking members of the navy left many positions vacant. She managed to commandeer a ship after the Captain was killed and brought it safely back to port. For her efforts she was awarded command of the ship and steadily rose through the ranks. Many members of the navy praised the choice saying that it was the only one that made sense. Some however did not approve and said that the Lord Protector passed over who they thought was a better candidate for the position. As it stands however Admiral Ryder has the support of the people and most of the Navy, thus making the first appointment made by the Lord Protector a popular one.
